Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Jordan would never want that if there is a war in the Middle East, the biggest benefit will be to Iran, Qatar, and Syria in which China and Russia can make huge investments in the future. For this, America wanted to build IMEC and many other projects in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and UAE, which could create 75% of the supply chain in the world, but Hamas’s sudden attack on Israel would have left no stone unturned in their failure. Another possibility is that if America were to move from the Middle East, it would be quite difficult or even impossible to call America back and make a deal with them for the safety of UAE, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.

Why is Jerusalem, Gaza and the Israel-Hamas war important for the US-Middle East relationship?

Because the IMEC project can never succeed without Saudi, UAE, and Jordan. Saudi Arabia’s demand is that America should send an American military which it will be that if in the future any country including Yemen, Iran, or any enemy country attacks Saudi Arabia then America will have to retaliate against that attack. And it has to be understood that from one side Saudi Arabia is America. And the way Israel and Hamas are fighting at this time, if the same thing had happened between Iran and Saudi Arabia, then they would have fought like this in the Middle East. Well, we can understand this Hamas attack as political, economic, and Geo-graphic, and it has been called a one-sided terrorist attack.
